COOKING TIPS

First, rinse.
Then, soak.

First and Foremost, always Rinse Rice before cooking:

No matter what method you use to cook your rice (or which rice variety you’re making), it’s important to rinse those grains. Doing this will help remove the excess starch. Left on the rice, the starch results in unappealing, sticky results. Just place your rice in a fine mesh strainer and rinse under cold water until the water runs clear.

After rinsing the rice, soak the rice for 20-30 minutes before cooking it.
